The RIVER DRAGON was video at the Mengkong River. Whatever, it was a snake head fish or river dragon in the video. There was a set date for the Monks to come and do a buddist ceremony for the creature to appear. It did not just appear one day. That's why you see everyone by the river with their phones and Camra waiting for the creature to appear.
The Loch Ness footage at 19:29 was actually taken from a Ness Fishery Board camera, and it is of a Conger eel. This is easy to find doing a quick Internet search.

In an age of High Def video phones, cameras and camcorders be sure to smear butter on your lenses before use and jerkily spend less than on tenth of a second on a creature and the all the rest on a well framed reaction shot of people looking directly at the camera, you know, instead of whatever once in a lifetime creature they supposedly just saw. Bonus pro tip: If it isn't blurry footage of 8 pixels or less, it isn't a real . 4000k and 30 MP are incapable of such footage. Hope that helps!
