  • In 1980 Bob Chitester thought it would be fun to create a musical satire of the Federal Budget. He approached Stan Freberg to undertake the project, which Freberg did with gusto. This is the result of that collaboration.

    If only we could go back to the federal budget being $1 trillion. Or maybe even "...One Hundred Biiiiiiiiillion Dollars"

    Lots of familiar voices appear on-camera: Sterling Holloway, Naomi Klein, Byron Kane, David Ogden Stiers...
