Mine always said Bluetooth connection failed but I have the gateway and it shows in the app. I am needing to change codes for my Airbnb Guests. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Chris ! I wondering to buy this lock box, but I don't have access to any wifi, so i want to use it in standalone mode. Can I obtain a log of all the people that have used the box if I periodically connect my phone with the box via bluetooth ?
Thanks for your comment! 😊 No worries, you can absolutely use the Matrix II lockbox as a standalone product without WiFi. Once you're back in Bluetooth range, the Linkstyle App will catch up and give you all the notifications with the correct timestamps. 📦🔒
