Not to be totally contrarian to all things "amazing" but I actually find podcasts to be a lot more conducive in regards to sleeping. ASMR videos aren’t all that relaxing imo. But I know you were just making a broad generalization so no offense. 🙂

I haven’t done much of anything today and I’m pretty stressed since I’m wondering how tomorrow is going to go, my last meeting with my employment consoler felt like I got nothing done since we were in an office all day and only applying online :/ I felt like I got ready for no reason at all that day 🤦♂️ Like obviously I was going to look nice regardless but I went a little further since I thought we would actually go out and meet employers in person.
