Just found this and brought back so many memories of summers along the southern tier chasing NYS&W and Conrail back in the earlier 90s. Morning trains used to stop at the Whistle stop diner in Narrowsburg for coffee, used to chase them out of Hankins and then have breakfast with the crew. Beautiful line with not much footage out there

Great Looking SD40-2 with its new paint style in Gray.
That's a lot of power for such a light load!
New York State is so beautiful!! I hope "Susie-Q" is doing well and getting lots of new freight customers!

Perfect conditions, very nicely done!
Awesome catches great video and chase
Great footage and locations...
I have a nice one of these trains in O-scale. Still runs like a champ years later.
So BBC awesome to see them with those SD7M-2 locomotives very underdapprracated locomotives
It’s possible that only the first 2 locomotives are actually pulling, the other 2 may be part of a repositioning move.
Port Jervis is NJ
Do you know the schedule for these trains the time leaving New Jersey or Pennsylvania
i tought the susquehana got merged with NS ngl
They look outstanding, but a little over kill on the power...
