Plowing a row in a farm with cattle/oxen is not difficult at all, Mr. Khan; you drastically underestimated how easy it is to do. Mostly you are trying to avoid falling on your face while the oxen are pulling the plow- and they go fast in that activity as soon as hooked up to the plow they want to take off... even one makes it just about as hard as regular walking in fact, at a slow walk for most people- I've done it.

Could you talk about processes in the body regarding consumption of fats, sugars etc.?

I can testify that a hand plow is labor INTENSIVE. We had one, before the plow broke off from the bottom, and I played with it before we actually planted things. Very hard work.

    Cool !
But it's for only 1 Hectare of Land.
If we do the exercise with 1 square km is the human labor will be so interesting ?

Referencing farm work: you can actually do that kind of work in a historical reenactment village. I know I had that experience at Old Sturbridge Village in Mass. myself regarding plowing a row. Easy with oxen, problem is staying standing up actually and going fast enough to push the plow's head into the dirt. The part about actually pushing it into the dirt is not so hard as it is to avoid it skipping over the ground as it turns out- and that's first-hand knowledge from historical recreation of how they did that task in about the Early Modern Era.

Producing a human being also requires some amount of energy. :-)

Yet we continue to improve the productivity of the land- even beyond any possible upper limit of productivity, Mr. Khan; so something's clearly wrong with the idea of an upper limit for population to be supportable as an idea.
