Thought it was funny that I saw many things in your house that I have in mine. Usually books, but I've also got a Kermit sitting on a globe. He's more like Kermit's fatter, older brother. :) Anyway, I was going to tell you that my stove is similar and rounded on top. I had a shelf from Hobby Lobby that had a base that narrowed and became a flat board at some point. I was able to insert this behind my stove (no tools needed to brace it) and use it for my pepper grinder, salt shakers, olive oil bottle, and spaghetti tin--all the things I reach for when I'm cooking. But I'm sure you have way more cabinets than I do. Most people's bathrooms have more cabinets than my kitchen.
Sometimes the algorithm actually gets it right. You had me at "Errrr" at 04:00 ! I love what you've done with your home and how personal and fun all your collections are - shells and feathers, heck yeah. Also, I love a Facebook Marketplace find, too. Subscribed!
I love how you decorated your home. I see the book The great Alone on your book shelf. I loved that book. Hope you do too. Awwww I love the painted rocks you found in your back yard. I use to paint rocks all the time. I love reading outside.

As to the paper art work in the kitchen, use Command Strips to hang them higher on the wall to be seen. You can't see them hidden behind everything else. Love what you have done.
Also that metal tray of the lion, you can put Command Strips on the back of the tray and attach to the wall. I have a Currier and Ives tray I hung over the sink and it is so simple to do.
