Recovering addicts is where I got my strength. I lost my plave and lived in a campground behind a halfway house most the summer, spending time with addicts. Attending n/a meetings gave me all the strength I keeded to not give up on her. She is going on two years sober. Is doing amazing. Thank you to all of you, to all those going through it, I love you, never give up on yourself. I'll kever give up on you. Recovering addicts are the most amazing people in the world. Thank you. I just happened to hear this song accidentally and as soon as I heard the voice I was captivated but the lyrics really brought me to tears. I lost my mom in 2015 when I was 25 and I can't explain how much it totally devistates me. Only someone who's lost their moms too understands and my heart breaks for them. I haven't had a bigger supporter or a greater friend since. There will always be a whole in my heart without her but I know that she's always with me and that pushes me to be the best I can be. I've only ran across a handful of songs that express how I feel about her loss and this is one of my new favorites!!!

She had lung cancer and on chemotherapy... OMG.... I wish so bad I would've now😭 It took her passing away for me to realize she was my best friend in this whole world... Joe promise u will NEVER change who you are... And always do your music that way YOU want to do it...
