Remember that Ketu and Rahu doesn't have aspects. They are not physical planets. They are nodes.
I follow the principles of Bhrigu Nandi Nadi. In BNN, first husband is signified by Mars; 2nd husband by Jupiter. Rahu & Ketu have strong 12 aspect and it's of utmost importance in Bhrigu Nandi Nadi.

With the given details, I guess it is because ketu is looking at your ascendent with his 9th aspect. So, here venus (your lagna lord) and ketu connection is seen. 7th lord retro mars in leo was also been in mutual aspect with ketu (7th aspect). Is your ketu in dhanishta? and mars in magha?
