Oh there's so much I can say of this incredible cartoon, puts me in a most relaxing mood, love EVERYTHING about it, the cats especially, the lady the worm even.
I've been feeling nostalgic lately and tried hunting down shows and animations I remembered fondly from my childhood, I believe my parents bought a VHS tape that might have had a collection of NFB shorts on it, as I remember this along with the Boy and the snow goose and The Man who stole dreams...there might have been others but these three are the ones that stood out most in my memories...
Oh, hey, I remember this cartoon. It was broadcasted in Germany in a very popular kid's show called "Die Sendung mit der Maus". I still remember how the narrator preonounced one of the cat's name in a very weird way. Didn't expect to find this cartoon ever again.
They used to play this every morning before the start of ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) summer camp. This brings back nostalgic feelings and memories every time I watch it. Anyone else have the same experience?

I got to participate in an illustration workshop with John Bianchi when he visited my elementary school in sixth grade!

I'm sure it's meant to look like a cap or visor of sorts but the way it appears, it could've been ran over a few times to do that!
