I watched your video for the first time. Your presentation is very good. I don't have a word for you. I think the architect who designed this beautiful house forgot the possibility of a homeowner who is confined to a wheelchair. Architects need to take these possibilities into consideration for a house of this value. The person who buys the house may become disabled one day. It would be good to build a small ramp and an elevator. Thank you.

A beautiful place some things I find wrong but I can overlook some of them, but the house is not for me though it does look better than the last time you showed it :) I am very picky about what I live in. Thank you Patrick for making my week again your so awesome and love seeing you even if it is at the end I actively look for Patrick even if it is a mirror it is not a video for me if I do not see both of you on just saying. I can not have a place that does not have a proofer in it I make really good bread and buns though I do bake other things. I would use a pizza oven as well to bake bread yes it is the old way of doing things but it works when the house is too hot.

Highligths welche früher den Flair dieses Hauses ausmachten . ( div. Statuen und auch farbpunkte). Wo sind denn die knapp 3 mio. bei der Renovierung reingeflossen - ich kann es beim besten willen nicht erkennen - die paar pflanzen im restl. Garten werden es ja nicht sein. -- ABER MACHT BITTE WEITER WIE BISHER - IHR SEID IMMER NOCH DIE BESTEN FÜR MICH und ich sehe mit freuden jede Vorstellung von euch !!!!

I like this house it actually feels like a home, some of those new construction modern homes, just don't feel like a home. Please get rid of those huge cabinets in the bedroom on the sides of the bed. They look so stupid and are way to big.
Oh no they didn't! Why would they do that? I mean the house is spectacular but a paddle court instead of a tennis court is just vulgar. This house deserved a tennis court, because it is just that beautiful. Shame on you Mr. Developer, lazy decision. Moreover, the weather for this video is just perfect for 2 pools and a tennis court.
