Very nice recipe. I make only mutton kheema unde curry but the procedure is same. Your version will be lighter than eating mutton. I will definitely make this. Thank you. To the egg kheema mix we can add finely chopped coriander leaves and dill (sabsige soppu) leaves. Add as much as you like. And to the gravy we can add roughly chopped methi leaves during first tadka, before adding the ground masala. Then the dish will be very fragrant and very tasty.
