I lost my father about 6 weeks ago I’ve had the hardest time ever losing him. I’ve been just like the five of cups. I’ve had to rest and let go. I’ve cried more than I’ve ever cried. I can hear spirit loud letting me know that all is well. My latter days will be greater than my former days. @@GemLeo0679 I broke up with my boyfriend because he doesn't see my worth. It's not so easy, and for too many reasons but what I can say is the pros out weigh the cons. What I'm facing is I'm a stay at home mother of 4 children and I have to change my place of residence (His house hasn't ever felt like my to.). I'm only beating a dead horse if I stay. He's had too many chances and never even tried with me, only a few other girls that he's been cheating on me with. (I just found out about the cheating.) I know I will get through it and I will be happy and feeling safe again, it's going to take strength and courage so that's what I'm praying for. What I am dealing with is the ending to my relationship with boyfriend. I tried and tired, he was really good at gaslighting and of course I blamed myself for having boundaries that apparently were impossible for him. My boundaries are very simple, be loyal in everyway, spend quality time together, give and take equally. From the very start of our relationship he wasn't honest about his personality not at all and in the beginning he was really good at faking it and if I said anything that I thought was a red flag, he would like shower me with words and charm until I forgave him but as soon as I did, he would go and do something that was against my boundaries and back to the whole showers with words. Like a complete repeat this has gone on for years and now looking back it was like I was under a spell or something was clouding my brain. I recently snapped out of it and I collected all my evidence to prove to myself that it was me who was the problem but once I saw it all sitting there I broke the spell you could say. It couldn't be more clear that I wasn't the problem. I was being manipulated and gaslighted and what can I say his charm and our children kept me from reality to see what he was really doing to me. I know I can't stay living with him, were not shearing our bedroom because I found out about his cheating and let's just say I hope he gets what he deserves but that's not me so I'm going to hopefully find a new place to live asap and then take time to heal completely so I can be happy again. I know I'm worth it because everyone deserves to be happy and loved. I pray for strength and courage and the support from the universe that my babies and I need. I realized recently how overly critical I have been to my son. He is a teenager and he is so much like me. Recently my wife told me that he mentioned to her that he is noticing how critical I am of him. Since then I’ve been taking a big step back and releasing the criticism and control. Yes the CUTTING OFF you're talking about, I can relate. My best friend is 74 and I'm 64. She and I have been friends for about 37 years since meeting as two single mothers going to nursing school. We're more like family....sisters. Lately, it feels like she goes on and on telling stories about points in her life - stories that I've heard more than once before- and I listen. But, the minute I start to respond....or I'm led to tell her about something I'm reminded of with her story...she stops listening at all. She's even put me on "mute".....so I can't hear her....and I say, "are you there?" . Or I start talking and I here her rattling pans or shuffling papers. I don't know, it's just weird. I have worked for a long time very closely w my anxiety and other stuff and I had great success but the last couple weeks and especially the last couple days I have been being hit w severe anxiety over and over and over and I of course do the different breathing, grounding, counting, visualization, etc things I have learned an have helped but this is no longer the case, they help but then another extreme attack comes immediatley and intensely and it is literally like labor at the end, they just keep coming and coming and my usual tools help briefly at best.....I have been left unable to do anything these last couple days because of this and I am constantly breaking down in tears because I am so bewildered and feel so left behind by Spirit....I don't understand why this is happening. I am completely overwhelmed and beyond shocked....I have worked daily, for years catching my every emotion, feeling and thought and doing the work and now this is the worst yet...what do I do?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE MESSAGES!!! I'M CONVINCED WERE 100% MEANT FOR ME!! THAT!! After being more skeptical about this reading being real than I ever had about a reading IN MY LIFE! I felt such a sense of desperation and my thoughts going in every direction imaginable and have never felt so alone in my life but more grown up than ever. I'm a 61 year old ACA and recovering addict myself. 2 younger brothers. My Mom was 14 when she had me. Single for most of my childhood but did the best she could and raised some good kids. I think. Her husband and a few other family members knew of her ultimate demise a few weeks ago. The Dr gave her 6 months then. Idk why I was one of the ones left in the dark. Why? We talked a few minutes Saturday night, didn't push the issue of why she wasn't talking to me. I didn't know about 6 mo time frame until, after her death. I think I would have talked alot more had I known that was the last time. I've been wanting to see a therapist but my City is so short handed, I can't find one. Not having someone to talk to is killing me but I figure the universe is setting it up as free time now because there's something I need to discover and/or create for myself. I 100% believe there will be a breakthrough. I just need to stay positive, move forward and trust everything is going my way. I can't believe I'll never see my Mom again. I’ve learned through my tears there are lessons of tremendous growth. Elements of myself I’ve needed to let go of or cycles I needed to end that were too hard. So the tears keep coming. Sometimes it’s so much easier to take care of others rather than face what’s truly inside. The fact you care enough to make others laugh means you deserve to have the same gift given to you.
