One of the few surviving Toby the Pup cartoons, existing as a French-titled print (with its original English audio still intact). Released on April 15th 1931, and features a wonderful rendition of "Mississippi Mud".

Charles never "stole" Oswald, the rights to the character belonged to Universal.
