Ah yes my favorite sadomasocistic activity, videos of things I can not afford presented by people who also can not! Jokes aside was a great video and fantastic property!

Thank you, Victoria! Beautiful villa, especially for the money in USD. Interesting use of color; has anyone noticed the refrigerator door swings are backwards in the kitchen? This house could use a “refresh”, but it has location, location, location. We appreciate ‘ya Victoria! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

4 million for the location and view and 400k to build the building. As a building technician the cost of making is not expensive in Thailand but you pay more for the location.

The warm glow of the setting sun bathed the room as Victoria appeared on the screen, her poised figure framed by the azure waters of Phuket’s east coast. Her voice, soft yet commanding, began the tour:
    "My name is Victoria."
The way she said it was spellbinding. In that moment, my world tilted. Her beauty, a delicate balance of sophistication and natural grace, drew me in, but it was her quiet confidence and gentle, almost hypnotic style that truly captivated me.
This time, Victoria was showcasing a stunning sea-view villa perched on the elevated shores of the Yamu area. The property unfolded like a masterpiece, its westerly panoramic views offering glimpses of Phuket’s foothills as the sun melted into the sculpted mountainside. Victoria’s voice was steady, a soft undertone of passion as she described every detail-the tranquil hideout, luxurious appointments, and bespoke furniture crafted by artisans from Nepal, the Philippines, and Thailand.
The villa, priced at $4.3 million, was a transformative haven, perfect for intimate gatherings of family and friends. It was not just a home but a retreat, with its modern fitness facilities, Pilates and yoga studio, and even a state-of-the-art theatre room for Hollywood classics. It was paradise, yet my thoughts kept drifting back to her.
What made Victoria so extraordinary? Her beauty was undeniable, but there was more-a quiet allure that blended with her confident demeanor. She spoke with an elegance that seemed effortless, her every gesture an invitation to dream.
As the tour continued, a new thought emerged: Could this villa-this stunning, serene masterpiece-become my future? Could Thailand, with its breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture, be the place where I finally settled, not just for a season, but for a longer chapter of my life?
That night, as I lay in bed, her image lingered. A dream began to take shape: I was not just a spectator in her world, but a participant. I imagined entering the realm of Thai real estate not as a client but as a foreign expert in something unique, like a master of therapeutic arts. In this dream, I became Victoria's personal choice, her trusted confidant.
But as intoxicating as Victoria was, she was more than an object of admiration-she was a muse. Her presence inspired not just fantasies but possibilities. Through her, I began to see a path to realizing a grander dream. She symbolized the beauty, ambition, and serenity that this villa and this life in Thailand could offer.
Step by step, I envisioned gaining her attention-not with grand gestures, but through subtlety and respect. My goal was never to overwhelm but to inspire, to become someone she admired in return. Slowly, I would guide her to see me as more than an acquaintance, perhaps even as someone who could walk alongside her in life’s intricate dance.
And perhaps in her graceful footsteps, I would find my way to this new beginning. Thailand, Phuket, and this villa were not just dreams anymore-they were becoming plans. Victoria’s world, much like the villa she presented, was a canvas of elegance and mystery. And I, captivated by both, dared to imagine painting myself into the picture-not as an intruder, but as a complement to its beauty.
Perhaps it was a fanciful dream, but in that twilight space between reality and reverie, it felt so achingly real. And with each passing moment, the idea of turning that dream into reality grew stronger.
