The children are excited about creating their very own picnic, but the spectacularly bitter taste of Stephen’s homemade lemonade and the change in the weather send their plans into a tailspin. Barney saves the day by awakening their imaginations and teaching them the importance of following directions. Using the Barney Bag, they decide to make their own sunshine. They have a great day full of fun, games and the success that comes from following directions.
