If you do not have enough text on the page, you will experience SEO issues. That page couldn't be optimized for search engines properly. By the way, you did amazing work there....

yes you can in create a new table or grid element in your survey.
how do you change the Heading tag (h1, h2, h3, etc) for any of the headline, subheadline, or a paragraph?
You highlight the text and a dropdown option will be visible for you to select h1, h2 or h3 etc
