I won't be surprised if this IS an actual name Gustavo would take. I mean, Houston Breakout is the only DLC heist that isn't named after it's bundle, so....
I love that the assault sounds like a combination of Razormind and The Gauntlet, because not only is it a breakout, it’s during his trial in the middle of enemy territory so cops will come down hard and fast
So I wasn't the only one who picked up on that, awesome It's also a nice parallel to the Breakout mask, Frankensteining Hox and Houston's two masks together. They may hate each other, but hopefully now they can get along a little easier.
Anytime Gustavo throws thematic motifs into the the heist track, like the police sirens in Boys in Blue for example, just god damn feels so right, this gavel into the jail slam tho is just perfect
or you know you might be right, sorry. Based on Volume 1 i thought these could be outta order, and "Blockbuster" makes sense in the context of "busting someone out of a cell block"
it's not actually called that im just quirky and funky

"Did you miss me, ya wankers?!"

So, does this comment still ring true now that you've added names (and changed this one) to the recent tracks?

11:47 THE GAUNTLET REFERENCE!!!! ^^
Love the Gauntlet reference. Can't believe it's been almost 10 years since Hoxton Breakout.
So I wasn't the only one who picked up on that, awesome

@@foxans1919they are similar, identical to each other but at the same time so different
Damn, 10 years.
Makes me feel like a fossil.
@@foxans1919 it's really good on Hox, since Houston's mask is his OG one, so he can basically wear both of his masks.
11:47 IS THAT A PAYDAY 2 REFERENCE?!1!111!
Everybody loose your shit!1!!
glad to see PD3 is finally taking steps in the right direction, even if it's buggy as fuck (tbf PD2 updates used to be just as buggy lmao)
Yeah, I clearly remember the less great old days from PD2. I hope PD3 has finally turned that corner.
Holy 12:35 is by far my favorite moment.

@@maythomas4591 i totally agree with you it's awesome
Absolutely a top banger.
13:22 best part
Love the reverb noise (I think it’s called?) going from 8:33 onwards. Feels so epic and intensifies the atmosphere in-game
The Gauntlet lick goes crazy
I wish it also had a reference to "Something Wicked...." from Hox Breakout Day 2, but this track is still banging, holy
The chapter marks aren't there 😭
They Cooked on this one 🔥
10:49 I rest my case YOUR HONOR
‘’shoots him’’
"Land of The Free? Then why can't I get my tax dollars back?"
while i think this is weaker than the Boys in Blue track it still goes hard . gustavo my goat
hoxton: Not only that he stole ma place in the gang, but that wanka is stealing my heist too???
control sounds like stealth 6
"HOUST BREAK N UT"?
where tf does bro see an n?
Yknow, they called me that in high school.
@@Digital_Flayerits literally above the UT in "out"
reminds me of razormind
are you sure this is teardown protocol? the name sounds like it would fit syntax error better imo
Ah yes, of course, because "BitCrusher" makes sense for this song.
