Petra, Your work is absolutely stunning, and I am in awe of your choice of colors! Your palettes are consistently classic, rich, and pristine. None of your work is ever boring. I genuinely believe that if you chose to sell your work, you would easily attract five-star resorts, spas, and high-end interior decorators. I could definitely see you having your own brand! 😊 Not that your goal is to develop a brand, but that’s how beautiful I feel your work is. You have such a great eye for color! 😁 Your choices are timeless, and your techniques and execution are flawless every single time. Even what you refer to as your “mistakes” are beautiful. I enjoy all your videos tremendously and have learned so much from them. Thank you so much for continuing to make them! 🥰
Dear Roulette, Thank you so much for such a beautiful comment. I am very touched reading this, especially because I am very critical with my work and doubting all the time. Comments like yours, keep me going. Thank you so much❤️
Omgoodness Petra. These are stunning metal flower blooms.😘🥰 I love how they came out and I hope one day I can be as great an artist as you are. I see in previous comments that you say you are your own worst critic, so to speak, and I can relate to that. I have OCD so if the art piece I am making doesn't turn out like I want, I have been just putting them in the rubbish. But my daughter, who has 6 children showed me that perfection doesn't exist in everyday life so not to be so hard on myself. She also now takes my art that I think is not good enough and shares it with her children 🥰
Thank you so much dear Kat. I am certainly very critical with my work and what I am doing. Sometimes a bit too critical. But your daughter is right. Art does not know perfection because what is perfection? ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Petra, you do such beautiful work. I love the metallic flowers. I was hoping it didn’t sink into blobs as I’ve heard metal mica is heavier. They are just perfect!❤❤❤
This is true. Metal powders are heavier. But it is flooding metal powder and as long as your resin is thick enough it works. I did it already 2 years ago and it worked ❤️
@@petragerbrachtI looked on Etter Arts website. How can you tell their gold & silver are floating? I didn’t see it in the description or on the bottles I was looking at. Did I miss them? TIA, friend.
@Vsv1224 www.resin-kunst.de/metall-pigmentpulver-in-5-farben/rk10328 I think she doesn't describe them as flooding but these are the pigments I used. When you mix them with resin they look like liquid gold (silver etc) Many people use these also for Geode Art.
There is another one with a dark backlayer to come (weather it worked or not - I used gold, silver, copper & gold&silver mixture) for the 4 coasters. I think using metal flooding powder for the blooms make a pour look really vintage. I poured it 2 years ago and I only recently remembered I did 😅♥️
Love this effect and the colours you used❤❤
Thank you so much 🌸
Love the metallic color mica powder,Petra, beautiful blooms achieved 😍😍🫶🫶💜💜
Thank you Sudha. However, I am not 100% happy with the background. I have done another pour and fingers crossed it will work out 💜💜💜💜
Petra, they turned out so beautifully! I love them and you always make it look so easy to do.
I hope you have a wonderful day!💞
Thank you so much 🌸

You were very close! I think the word you were looking for is defined. I think you said divine, which is what your blooms are! 😉❤️
Sometimes I am lost in translation 😅 Thank you so much 🌸
With the weather here, if I waited as long as you did to draw the petals, it would already be cured.
We had 30 dgr celsius when I poured. It still was fine for my pour. How warm is it over there? 🌸
