Only if the DMS is out of calibration, but range lost due to several years of age can't be gotten back. Batteries from the moment they are new are in a stage of degradation, which as of now can't be prevented, just slowed down.
@@MalBackTalkingTesla interesting enough is that my car goes in to Tesla in the 25th for the whoop whoop wheel sound. I will ask them more I depth when I am there in person
What about the other way of recalibrating the BMS. Driving all the way to single digit, sitting for 3 hours, charging to 100%, sitting for 3 hours and driving a little. Had you tried this procedure as well to see if there was any further increase?
Bought a new tesla m3 with 625km wltp which would be good if it was real. Closer to 540km. The only way I got some range back was by hypermiling. Fools the BMS to think that you are a moronic test pilot and not someone who needs his car to actually drive around in it
Maybe that car was charged to 100% all the time before you bought it resulting in serious, permanent battery degradation, which is impossible to reverse. Sorry. The battery should only be charged to 100% occasionally and then never left sitting at 100%. People in the know only charge to 100% when leaving for a trip and they schedule to charge limit to coincide with departure time.
Can you actually get back lost range on a Tesla Model 3?

THE EPIC RETURN!!!
The question is…”Is the content worthy of the return? “

It was an interesting concept that you can get the range back. Could you do the Tesla way for a month and let us know if you gain any millage back
I will definitely give it a go!
Tesla suggest I just have a sleep set of cells.
I look forward to your findings on that and also all the accessories you added.

Yea I’m going to make an update video and I have had zero success with any of the methods. My max charge has been 470km thus far.

That is a possibility but Tesla says it’s probably not the case. Will know more soon enough
What is the point?
there is no point
I’d have that Tesla in 10 percent and under in no time
Just fyi it didn’t gain anything back
So the car actually didn't save your life because as you said, you were still in control. SMH
Sure
