- National security adviser Jake Sullivan says nearly 200 ballistic missiles were launched toward Israel by Iran. Sullivan called the attack a significant escalation and praised U.S.-Israel coordination to intercept the missiles. CBS News contributor Sam Vinograd has more on the U.S. response.

Every single video shows short range rockets fired from 100 miles or less. Not saying BMs weren't launched but no video thus far of dozens shows anything other than rockets. Ballistic missles do not burn propellant during terminal or reentry phase. They fly much faster than the videos show, strike at a much steeper angle and every video shows an arc commiserate with a range of roughly 100 miles or less. Indeed most videos show the launch arc as well as the terminal phase all within the same field of view, which would not be possible if launched from 1100 miles away. Remember, Iran is 1100 miles away at a minimum. Any source that says that these videos show ballistic missles, and not short or medium range rockets, and claims the shown weapons originated in Iran, is lying. As well ballistic missles are not interceptable past the boost phase with anything either 8srsel or the US has in the region. All videos show ONLY Rockets, likely from lebanon, and not ballistic missles. People are being lied to wholesale.
