Would love to see a zero to hero overview from your point of view... I mean from an idea in your bedroom/garage to all the steps needed to get to the point of an IPO or selling for $$$$$$$$

Thank you for having me on your show. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my insights and experience raising money for membersy - I hope your viewers found it beneficial!
Thanks to you, I was motivated to start my own RUclips channel and I'm learning everyday for my startup. Let's cross finger, we except to do a seed founding this year 🤞
I want to ask: to do a pitching for Series A, instead of telling a story, is it better to putting more focus on the business model and how it goes in future?
I can't believe you just validated my thoughts and beliefs! Your videos that I watched has been very helpful and became my fundamental understanding in building my startup. So thanks a lot, and a deep one at that!
Great video thank you so much but always everyone explains the funding series and the average amount of fundraising for each series but still no one explains the what is the return of this funding series and how that works. For example, if some VC invests you in A series how do you evaluate the equity for giving to that VC, and, if the same VC invests you in other rounds do you increase their stakes/shares in the company if yes, again how do you evaluate this? Thanks in advance

Hi. What happens if after the seed round/Series A, the company was able to grow fast and break even, can they decide not to raise? Is that still a Limbo?
IMO I don't think so. I think that's one of the best of the best indicators (if you can sustain growth and/or achieve your goals) that your business is in the right track!
if every round should get you to the next. how do you know when to stop? When are you able to grow without another series of funding or does it never stop
Glad it could be helpful and fingers crossed that you raise a round soon 🤞 Also - since you were one of the first few comments you've been invited to Caya's group office hour session that is exclusively for the early comments of our RUclips videos. Hi there how's it going! So you guys write pitch decks ok but what about the projections don't I need to hire someone to do the market research first? I'm starting up a sneaker brand believe it or not, I've created a niche brand and concept so yea I'm going to run with it. But I also have a question about the different ways you can structer an LLC, because I just paid a company to set up my LLC and now I see this video where you're talking about a delaware type corporation
To me a company that does not make profit, is just a hobby, dream or bankrupt. The concept of throwing money into companies to bully out and undercut the rivals that have no dumb money backing is a sick system. Good products or services fund good growth.
Brilliant video slidebean! I have few questions: at 6:18 caya said you don't wanna find dozens of angel investors for that, I don't understand are they bad for series a? second question: at 6:35 caya said they just do follow round, what does follow round mean?
Thank you. Glad it could be useful. Can you do a video on how much money you need to start your start up like how much you might need if it’s just you and a couple of friends? Just like a broad overview? I know you need enough money to live off of for like 6-12 months from there how much would you say? Love your videos! And if you already have done this no worries.
You can start a side project while working a job. It always start as a simple, small side project before it evolves into a startup. Lots of entrepreneurs started off this way. The job is there to pay the bills and provide some funding to get up and running. There are several ways to do it. Broaden your mind. Just choose one.
Hi Caya, Great videos...I like them so much, I need to ask, who developments them for you; is it in-house or a freelancer? I need to develop some similar marketing and explanation videos myself for my company, but I'm lost on who to consider. Would you be so kind to advise? If so, thank you so much in advance...

Question: When you invest in one of the Start-ups which is already proven the market like being in Series A - B, how do you sell the shares or make profit out of it? Given the company still has not gone to Public. @slidebean
A video on startup that were in “limbo” then figured out how to get out of it and even be successful, can be very interesting
💯

how do you know when to stop?
When are you able to grow without another series of funding

You'll eventually IPO or the company will become financially able to fund their own growth
Just what I was looking for
I searched up gta 5 series a funding and this popped up 👌
