potato chipper/cutter

this potato chipper is a simple and easy cutting owing to the large base and long lever arm. to change the blade, open the potato chipper fully. remove the blade and fit a new blade, then withdraw ejector and insert new ejector to match color/size of the blade. when paced on the end, it occupies little cupboard space
