    Eggs , soya chunks and chana- moong is the best source of protein .
    Egg - 6gm per pc
    Soya chunks - 52gm per 100gm
    Chana - 10gm per 100gm
    Moong - 24gm per 100gm.
    Low budget and high protein source .. Everyone can afford it easily ☺ ..
    I am using it from the last 3 months while bodybuilding and I am developing heavy muscles 💪☺ .

      @@SAFFRONINFERNO ☺ yes sure brother.. Start your day with sprouts that is chana-moong.. Add some pieces of apple, carrot, radish, papaya, beetroot, cucumber or any raw fruits and vegetables avialable in your kitchen.
      Then take your noraml as usual foood diet in a day.
      After gym workout take eggs. 50% whole eggs and 50% only egg whites. It's a biggest misconception that egg yolk increase fat. It contains a lots of vitamins, minerals and other essentials minerals which our body extremely need it.
      Then deep soya chunks in warm water for only 4-5 minutes. fry soya chunks in onion, tomato. Add some ketchup and light spices.. Enjoy it.. Make it your daily lifestyle. You'll have a exponential growth. ✌ good luck bro👍

    Murgi paalo. I do it. I have 5 hens and 1 rooster. I understand that many people don't have the area but if you do then murgi paalo. It's a fun experience and is extremely economical

    In Haryana you can buy an egg tray for just 80₹ which have 30 eggs.. So that means 7 Eggs means around 20-25₹ ..! Which is way cheaper than whey protein..

    Ek egg 5 rupees me aata hai. 35 rupees me 25 grm protein per day mill sakta hai.
    Sasta hai aur aacha hai.
    If u want more fir to 40 rupees per dozen banana hai hi.

    for example if your answer is 7 eggs.
    Should we consume 7 eggs togethar or in morning 3 and after work out 4 ?
    please let us know how should a begginer eat 7 eggs ? together or any schedule that we suppose to follow ?

    Explain accha kia aapne sir bt eggs are not that much costly. Per egg cost max to max 6 rs. And if u buy them from whole sale u get 1 rs cheaper or some times even 1.5 rs cheaper than per egg cost u 5 or 4.5 rs.... So 7*5=35rs sir not 70 rs

    For weight loss due you need to use whey protein or any type of protein ( as you u are on a high protein diet and a calorie deficit)

      It's better to consume whey isolate protein for weight loss as it has almost negligible amount of carbs and fats in comparison to whey concentrate.

      If you're just at the beginner level then no need to take whey protein. You can eat eggs and chicken to get your protein. Once you hit a plateau in your gains only then go for whey protein.

      Ash Soni best way to know egg is healthy just see the colours of yolk if it organge colours then good but it it yellow then it normal egg yolk should be darker in colours..

    I used take whey protein worth 7k ... but it didnot help me .... then I started taking natural protein like eggs, fish n chicken ... it takes time but it last long ... I believe in natural resources...

    Another factor should have been compared bro. Eggs got almost all the essential vitamins in natural form compared to whey which may not be available in it or may be available in synthetic form.

    Ye bataiye how i can start. Kabhi heavy weight use karta hoon kabhi aerobics but progress itni khas nahi aa rahi.
    Diet plan, exercises, routine (because i am working and have time only in evening).

    Sir maine my protein se 200 serving rs 10000....isolate so rs 50 per serving.....aur egg rs 6*5=30.....badhiya henz ka hain, phir bhi egg badhiya hai....so i use both of them.

    i was around 65-68 kg 2.5 year back and now my weight is 91 my biceps is around 18.5-19 and i only eat eggs and chicken i started with 5-7 eggs per day but for now i usually have 10-15 eggs and 300-400 gm chicken am happy with my results 😊

      Yes you can bro but you shouldn't take more than 2 whole egg yolks a serving otherwise it's a great source of isoleucine, HDL and Good Fats. And 2 whole eggs are enough for the same
