भारतीय नागरिकों का दोगलापन जिम्मेदार। हर व्यक्ति चाहता है कि दूसरे कानून का पालन करे वह नहीं। अगर अपना बच्चा गलती करे कानून तोड़े तो माफी मिले। दूसरी तरफ पड़ोसी का बच्चा गलती करे तो फांसी।
चीन में चुनाव नहीं होते वहां राजनीतिक पार्टियों नहीं है भारत की तरह और वहां पक्ष विपक्ष भी नहीं है जो इसको कृत को बढ़ावा दे जैसे भारत में विपक्षी इसको करवाते हैं
देश की कोचिंग सेंटर का गिरोह पेपर लीक का सबसे बड़ा कारण है और कोचिंग सेंटर माफिया किसी न किसी राजनैतिक पार्टियों से जुड़े रहते हैं
सरकार सख्ती से काम ले तो यह पेपर लीक समस्या गत्म हो सकती है ।

आपका सुझाव अच्छा है डिजिटल द्वारा परीक्षा कक्ष में ही पेपर प्रिंटर द्वारा निकाल कर वितरित किया जाना चाहिए उसमें भी जिस विषय का प्रश्न पूछने है उसके कम से कम 50 प्रश्न तैयार कर 5-10 उच्च अधिकारी को 10 मिनट पहले रेंडम अधिकारी कक्षा सेंटर के परीक्षकों को परीक्षा समय से 10 मिनट पहले लिंक भेजे और प्रिंटर द्वारा प्रिंट निकाल कर परीक्षार्थी को वितरित करे इसमें आपके पास आप्शन भी होगा इंग्लिश - हिन्दी या अन्य भाषा 🙏
अब तो सिर्फ पेपर ही लीक नहीं होते सेंटर वाले सेटिंग वाले बच्चों को अलग क्लास रूम में बिठाकर उत्तर भी लिखवा देते हैं उसका क्या करेंगे

Sir, I am certainly agree with you on this issue. Everything is possible. What's needed is to seriously think and implement it. As far as punishment for this crime is concerned. Strict punishment should be given. First and foremost all the persons responsible for exam paoer writing and distribution put on suspension so that people get strong message for the next exams. Once enquiry is completed punishment should be pronounced.
Sardana ji thanks for the analysis. All points discussed are valid and relevant. Main issue behind the paper leak is huge amount of money which is collected by law makers and protectors and this money is being used mainly for elections. Our two-term finance minister said she is not having enough money to contest lok sabha election and she come through Rajya Sabha. Funding of elections, minority- coalition governments is behind these issues. One nation one election and presidential form of governments may be a possible solution.
Sir, your every point is true but when government tries to improve things people go to courts and reform face hurdles. First reform in needed is judiciary should not interfere in legislature.

आप के तीन सुझाव सुनने में बड़े अच्छे है लेकिन इस पर विचार भी कोई नहीं करेगा, क्योंकि वे तो सरकार को करना है, और जैसा आप ने कहा कि बिना किसी समर्थन के ये सम्भव नहीं है, तो करेगा कौन, सजा की बात करें तो सबूतों के अभाव में कई लोग छूट जाते हैं, और ऐसे कामों में सबूत मिलते नहीं, कुल मिलाकर यह सब ऐसे ही चलता रहेगा, मंत्री जी को सात दिन लगे ये समझने में कि पेपर लीक हो गया है इसलिये भाजपा सरकार से तो अब कोई उम्मीद नहीं, और कांग्रेस को तो क्या ही कहे, चीन का उदाहरण देना है तो पहले वहां का सिस्टम भी यहां लागू करना पड़ेगा और वो इस सदी में सम्भव नहीं, तो this is now a part of our system and every one has to accept it 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏

It is true in foreign countries to play with students's future is crime. Why Bharat can't understand? It effected parents money, destroyed kid's years and future. It is very serious matter. Corrupted people should stop playing with students's future. Those people should be punished.

Computerise all public exams (12th &onwards) on the lines of GRE, GMAT TOFFEL etc.
Leak karanewalon ke sath jinhone leaked paper liya woh bhi doshi hona chahiye. Apaka Suzhav sahi hai. Digital world mai eka hi paper sabko print form mai deneke bajay Individual random questions hone chahiye. Many Cirtificates like Microsoft or other IT companies use such method in fact they change the difficulty of questions based on the answers given in previous few questions. And score is declared immediately on line. this will reduce lot of hassles and prevent such frauds. secondly Same question can be twisted and asked having almost same answers.
Your suggestion about use of digital technology very correct, but why this idea has not come to the minds of education administrators, may be intent is not there. There may not be too much requirement of funds for this, but benefits shall be much more
....सर मुझे याद नहीं आता कि मैंने कभी UPSC एक्जाम का पेपर लीक होते सुना हो...आखिर वहां कौन सी व्यवस्था है,और NTA या अन्य संस्थाने़ जो राज्य लेवल भी परीक्षा लेती हैं,वहां कैसी व्यवस्था है...जब एक फूलप्रूफ व्यवस्था UPSC देश में बरसों से काम कर रहा है,तो फिर उसी को दूसरे परीक्षा लेने वाली संस्थाएं क्यों नहीं अपना रही...??
...दूसरी बात JEE(इंजिनियंरिक टेस्ट परीक्षा)की तरह ही NEET को ओनलाइन करने पर क्या परेशानी है NTA को..??
सर आप जो सॉल्यूशन दे रहे हो ये भी अच्छा है, मैं इसमे कुछ सुधार करना चाहूंगा, जो पेपर सेट करते हैं वो भी अलग अलग राज्य के हों, मतलब चार प्रश्न गुजरात से आयें, चार महाराष्ट्र से, चार आसाम से, चार हिमाचल से, ऐसे ही हर राज्य में एक आदमी पेपर सेट करें और वो सभी पेपर परीक्षा से 10 मिनट पहले NTA को मिले तब वो वहां से आगे सर्कुलेट हो।

in the year 1962, one of my classmates did not appear for Drawing I examination of Diploma. As one of his relatives was the then health Minister in the Karnataka Govt, he passed his final year Diploma Examination. Now he is not alive, died about 25 years back. About 30 years back, one of my distant relatives was a teacher in higher secondary school in Thane Dt and was answer paper moderator and was residing in Kalyan. One fine morning a student from Satara along with his relative visited my relatives flat and requested to give his answer paper to write as he had enclosed blank sheets while submitting his answer sheets. My relative told them that the answer papers were being corrected in the school premise only and that marked answer sheets had already been submitted. Being a distant relative now I do not know where that teacher is. Gol mal was going on since more than 60 years. After the coaching classes surfaced 'question paper' leak started. The classes, after receiving the question paper, were guiding the students how and what to write. With cent percent pass with high marks those classes were advertising for publicity.
Whatever the law is made, only Courts can give punishment. Yes our Courts...

पेपर लीक 1972मे जब में पढ़ता था तब भी होते थे
अपनी बदले दूसरे को परीक्षा मैं बैठाना यह भी होता था
कारण ये था कि अच्छे नम्बर लाना एक प्रतिष्ठा है
फिर नौकरी कालेज के रिजल्ट से मिलती है आगे की पढ़ाई भी कॉलेज के रिजल्ट पर आधारित रहती है यानी एडमिशन नंबरों पर मिलता है आप कितने होशियार है वह यह कोई चेक नहींकरता है धीरे धीरे इसमें विकार ए गए पैसे का बोलबाला हो गया पैसे से नंबरआने लगे बस यहीं से शुरू हो गया नकलका खेल
केन्द्र में मजबूत नेतृत्वकर्ता की आवश्यकता है। मोदी जी से नहीं होगा। जब पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार दस साल चलाने के बाद भी कुछ नहीं हो सका तो अब तो अल्पमत की सरकार है।
ऐसे मुद्दो मे कोई कुछ नही कर सकता इम्तिहान की प्रणाली बदलना और दुबारा इम्तिहान करवाना एजुकेशन मिनिस्टर के हाथ मे है

शिक्षा संवर्ति सूची में है(देश-राज्य दोनों के जिम्मे)तो फिर ऐसी व्यवस्था क्यों नहीं की जाती हैं कि जितने भी aiims/iit/nit ..जैसी जो केंद्रिय शिक्षा संस्थान हैं उनकी परीक्षा सिर्फ केंद्रिय एजेंशियां लें और बांकी के राज्य के जो इंजिनियरिंग/मेडिकल कालेज हैं,वो अपना-2 परीक्षा लें,इससे केंद्र पर बोझ भी कम आएगा और बदनामी भी कम होगी...शायद तमिलनाडु लंबे अरसे से ये मांग भी कर रहा है..??मुझे तो इसमें कोई बुराई नहीऔ दिखती...??

Without National Character , strict laws without flaws with stricter implementation in non selective manner impartially and efficient Judiciary ( not one with 5 crores pendency) corruption can not be eliminated even in centuries in any nation.Bharat is no exception to this universal principle.But ignorant wandering Indians have denied opportunity to Modi ji to make strict laws without flaws by denying him 400+ seats in Lok Sabha.Paper leak is one symptom of potentially fatal national disease for more than 7 decades i.e Corruption.Public is also responsible by not voting or choosing wrong leaders for this.

विजय सरदाना सर, प्रश्न पत्र लीकेज एक बहुत ही गम्भीर मसला है।140-145 करोड़ जनसंख्या वाले विशाल देश में यदि कोई समस्या देश व्यापी हो जाए और वह सामान्य रूटीन work का रूप ले ले तो इसे सुधारना टेढ़ी खीर है। स्थिति एक दिन में ऐसी नहीं हो सकती -ऐसा दशकों से होता आ रहा है। यदि 24-25 लाख बच्चों का exam आप एक ही दिन में लेना चाहेंगे तो इस corrupted system में लीक प्रूफ होना मुश्किल है।पहले rejection का exam होना चाहिए जिससे कैंडिडेट की संख्या कम हो जाए ।फिर selection का exam हो। यहां आप JEE के model को अपना सकते हैं जहां exam अनेक पालियों में होती है,और हर पाली की percentile भी अलग-अलग होते हैं। प्रश्न पत्र Digital media का use कर यदि ठीक exam से पहले उपलब्ध कराया जाए तो cheating में और गिरावट आएगी।
साथ ही दुसरी अन्य संभावित cheating points पर भी ध्यान देना होगा।

राज्यों में पेपर लीक हो चुके है। Neet UG परीक्षा लीक होना केन्द्र सरकार की विफलता है। आपके सुझाव ठीक है। सरकार को इस पर अमल करना चाहिए। इसके अलावा मेरा सुझाव है।
12th पास होने पर ही neet परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति होनी चाहिए जिससे कोचिंग माफिया पर अंकुश लग सके।
इस परीक्षा में केवल 4 चांस ही देना चाहिए ताकि अनावश्यक भीड़ खत्म हो सके।
धर्म के आधार पर पहनावे की छूट न दी जाए।

मूल समस्या का स्रोत, बेशुमार बढ़ती आबादी और नौकरियों के मौके कम__ उदाहरण, महाराष्ट्र में, अभी , लगभग १७००० हजार पुलिस पदों के लिए १७ लाख आवेदन, याने १६ लाख ८३००० परीक्षार्थियों को नौकरी नहीं मिलनेवाली, नौकरियों की यह गंभीर स्थिति है__तो ऐसी घटनाएं असंभवनीय नही ही सकती__

देश मे मोदीजी जैसा स्ट्रांग लीडर आजाये या भगवान खुद भी भारत मे आजाये यहाँ का करप्शन कभी कम नही हो सकता और ये बीमारी आज की नही है मेरा birth 1960 का है में 1980 से ये नाटक देख रहा हूँ,रेलवे की नोकरी के लिए जो एग्जाम हुए थे वो मेरी आँखों के सामने पेपर बाहर जाकर सॉल्व हो रहा था, ओर मेने उसी दिन तय कर लिया था कि अब रेलवे में निकली जॉब में अप्लाय नही करूँगा। ओर एक कोचिंग से 1990 के आसपास की बात में मेडिकल एंट्रेंस के पेपर मील थे।रोग न इलाज जरूर है मगर ईमानदारी से सर्जरी जो कि संभव नही है कि जाए तो सब ठीक होंगा।

क्या कभी CAT का पेपर लीक हुआ है अगर नहीं तो हमेशा सरकारी पेपर ही क्यों लीक होते हैं, इसका कारण है भ्रष्टाचार और ये ऐसा पेड़ होता है जिसकी जड़ें ऊपर और शाखाएं नीचे होती हैं, सबसे ऊपर बैठे व्यक्ति को जब तक उत्तरदायी नहीं बनाया जायेगा ये कभी समाप्त नहीं होगा
