@@mooseydeucy Japanese immigration in Brazil officially began in 1908. Currently, Brazil is home to the largest population of Japanese origin outside Japan, with about 1.5 million Nikkei (日系), term used to refer to Japanese and their descendants.[11] A Japanese-Brazilian (Japanese: 日系ブラジル人, nikkei burajiru-jin) is a Brazilian citizen with Japanese ancestry. People born in Japan and living in Brazil are also considered Japanese-Brazilians. This process began on June 18, 1908, when the ship Kasato Maru arrived in the country bringing 781 workers to farms in the interior of São Paulo. Consequently, June 18 was established as the national day of Japanese immigration.[12] In 1973, the flow stopped almost completely after the Nippon Maru immigration ship arrived; at that time, there were almost 200,000 Japanese settled in the country.[13] Currently, there are approximately one million Japanese-Brazilians, mostly living in the states of São Paulo and Paraná.[14] According to a 2016 survey published by IPEA, in a total of 46,801,772 Brazilians' names analyzed, 315,925 or 0.7% of them had the only or last name of Japanese origin.[15] The descendants of Japanese are called Nikkei, their children are Nisei, their grandchildren are Sansei, and their great-grandchildren are Yonsei. No Filipino guys on the list. I saw a lot of them here. With their Japanese wives.
Somehow they just don’t wanna show that, many Japanese Indonesian couple too
And again somehow they just don’t wanna show that
Filipino men ranked no. 6.
Damn no luck I'm Canadian..
Korea is No.1 but the divorce rate is really high as well. I heard that's because Korean men who move to JP cannot get good jobs to support their wives.. anyways Korean men and JP women r a good fit.
No it records one of the lowest lol
But Korean men who go to Japan seems to divorce cuz their letters so hard.
아.. 한국에서 평생 산 사람들이 결혼하는 경우 이혼율이 높을수도 있겠죠.. 한일 궁합 조합이 잘 맞는듯해요..@@KpOk-ph3bx
Many of the Koreans that appear in Japanese statistics are Zainichi Koreans. They are descendants of Korean migrants who were living in Japan prior to end of the WWII. Thus, they're like 4th or 5th generation these days. In other words, most of them are born, raised, and educated in Japan. And some of the "Japanese" citizens who marry them are also naturalized citizens who previously held North/South Korean citizenship. It's a complicated piece of history.
Well said; what happens between governments, stays between governments. There is no need to hate each other just because our governments are having issues lol
Less outsiders the better. Hope foreigners stay away and don't disturb Japanese people.
@@boycottnok1466 great idea, how about you tell your government to ban our visas so that we cannot come to Japan???? I guess you are a loser in Japanese society, and your government wont give a damn about your opinion.
British on the list, my hopes soar higher :p
Why do Japanese women marry Korean men, but Korean women don't marry Japanese men?
It's about the same number of international marriages each year for both men and women between Japanese and Koreans. But many of the "Koreans" in the statistics are actually ethnic Koreans who were raised in Japan, aka Zainichi Koreans. And some of the "Japanese citizens" are actually naturalized citizens who previously held South/North Korean citizenship. It's complicated history.
I thought Australia would have been in the top five
I have high functioning autism and want to find a wife in Japan, but in college now. Could you give me some advice please?
More Indians shoukd also marry lovely Japanese women😂
though,... in my experience,... at 2 a.m. the baby doesn't care what race you are,... if you change the diaper you are a good parent.
Would that count Japanese Koreans marrying Koreans?
Yes and also vice versa. Most Koreans mentioned here are Japan born 3rd generation men or women. So they are already like Japanese people and not really foreigners. There are few 1st generation Koreans in Japan.
