German Army: Farewell to a general from Oldenburg - deputy commander drives away in the golden jeep

Brigadier General Dr. Volker Bauersachs left the post of deputy commander of the first armored division after 17 months and returned to the army aviation in Bückeburg.
Major General Heico Hübner thanked his deputy and at the same time commander of the divisional troops for his work and relieved him of his command. Brigadier General Joachim Hoppe takes over the troop flag.
As a farewell, the divisional troops had a special surprise for the outgoing commander: a gold-foiled "wolf" brought Brigadier General Dr. Bauersachs from roll call square.
