Unfortunately he is very late in turning up and offers a lame excuse,leading Tina to suspect that he might be having an affair. Peggy,of course, only adds to the confusion before matters are resolved.

You should view the original from Australia called "Mother and Son." The scripts are pretty much identical but the Aussie actress playing the mom is better. However the sons are better in the English version.
