Honestly White Rum easily has my favorite design out of all the 2.2 characters, the idea of a sentient skeleton hand holding a ship in a bottle is so cool to me :)
We still have Counter, Poison, Burn, HP Reduction, Then later Reposition, Nasty Wound, etc all the other status effects. They just happen to have follow up attacks.

Can White Rum use Getian's psychube? Even though she's not Beast, the mass attack condition phrase does not specify any afflatus, so I think WR can still use it

Why isn't it a 5 star? We have had 2 five stars in a patch before, both 1.2 and 1.5 had 2 five stars each respectively.
Honestly idk. It'd be cool if we had them as a 5 star since that rank is almost never reserved for sentient objects...
