Did some research and I'm pretty sure that your standing dunk meter is tied to posterizer so if u don't have a high enough driving dunk to get posterizer then your green meter is going to be very small.
@LakerFan i think I figured out 1 reason your meter is so big compared to some in your comments. For some reason the standing dunk meter is going off of the driving dunk attribute. Ran some blacktop test for 15min. So not an extensive test.

I was messing around with layups and you can be very crafty when you understand all the animations..If you flick the RS up then down as you are driving in the paint(without holding rt) you’ll do a close shot stepback which catches alot of ppl off guard

I was thinking of dropping steal to mid 40s to boost standing to 92 to get gold fast twitch, do you get alot of steals with the bronze interseptor badge?? Looks like u dont need gold twitch with ur standing meter bro

As a big, I love the fact the standing dunk metre is actually usable and good. Just a shame that driving dunks have been nerfed into oblivion

I also was using Stephen Curry for this and I figured out how to do his high layup from 2K16
fellas I started using the arrow meter on large and above my head.. I haven't missed even on the small windows.

The standing dunk meter is effected by the driving dunk rating for some reason, so if your driving dunk is low then the green window will be small.
Laker, I have a 90 standing dunk and 95 pass acc. would you go 92 standing dunk (Fast twitch) or 96 pass acc (hof dimer)?
Fast Twitch easy... going up slow will make or break a game... Gold -> HOF Dimer won't..

I made a build with 92 stnd dunk and all the req. for the contact dunks. With 82 3 ball. He has 35 ball control which sucks way more than i thought
You don't really need post control anyways. Your role on a center in 5s isn't to be in the post usually. It's to run PnR and space the floor.

But as a post player you only really use standing dunk and close shot
