29 male, I kicked the habit three months ago, and I'm starting to be at peace now. I may not be Christian but I do pray to the God of Israel (I'm a Noachide), and I thank Him for every step I stay clean.

Hey smart person, alcohol prohibition, was all about adult consent. You are NOT required to look at something or somebody else's naked bodies or actions.

It creates a bad incentive for doctors and media companies. Do you worry it might hurt innovation though?

I think the problem with pornography is largely its accessability, which came along with the average American's access to the Internet back in the 90's. The first step to cleaning up this mess would be to require all pornographic sites (or those that feature nudity) to an xxx domain. This would make it incredibly much easier to regulate access to pornography. Sites registered on this domain could then be required to follow certain procedures that make anyone uploading pornography liable for its content. Users of such websites could be more easily ID'ed. It would then be possible to hold pornographic websites accountable for having anyone other than an adult access the content.

The production of new corn should be banned. There's nothing you can do about the last 50 years of content already being out there.

You are NOT making any more sense, by your indiscriminate gross generalization, about porn, leading to abuse, than sex, itself. You need some therapy.

Pornography is responsible for incredible damage and destruction. It should be banned and made legal. Just like heroin, porn should be illegal. There is NO argument for legalized pornography. You shouldn’t have to be a Christian to be against pornography, you only need to be rational. I have come to realize that as you drift from God the more irrational you become. Evil is absurd, evil is stupid, and when you start to become irrational, immorality will follow.

Acting like following the right set of rules is guaranteeing success is very dishonest.
