    6 to 8 hrs sleep...a huge benefit to losing weight. Also...anything that gives u energy like your saying...my dietician says do that when u wake up...even though your a nighter....just do your day opposite us day owls...lol. just a suggestion... im trying to give ya info i am getting as well. I know not all bodies are the same... but getting good sleep is a huge key. Im enjoying this journey with you. DONT GIVE UP. YOU CAN DO THIS... something else...my Dr's say its like 70% how u eat and 30% on exercising...so as long as you move more and more....the big key will be in food decisions. 😘😉 CONGRATS ON GETTING THROUGH YOUR SCHOOLING!!! WAY TO GO
