Disagree that the overall time is quicker but respect what you guys are doing. We recycle on average over 90% of the structure as we have our own Salvage yard for the windows and native timber. We recycle 100% of the sites concrete into aggregate at our Onehunga yard as well as sorting the rubbish so that around 75% of it is diverted from landfill (the wood gets turned into wood chip). It takes us 3-5 days to demolish a house. How long did it take you to deconstruct it?
