My recommendations:
Five Nights At Freddy’s ^any of them^ (if you don’t know it I’m very confused but it’s a horror game, where I am it costs €3.00 but on the main place where I play it on PC it’s €8.00 no WiFi needed)
EMMO (journaling app no WiFi needed)
Neko Atsume (collect kitties in ur garden not sure about WiFi)
BATIM (not sure if it’s on Mobile, horror game and not sure about WiFi)
paper.io (your paper and you have to beat other people and kill them no WiFi I think )
Procreate (not a game, an app that you can draw on but costs €10 where I am no WiFi needed
aqua park.io (you have a lil person and you have to beat other people to the finish line on a water slide not sure abt WiFi)
