First of all I really appreciate following you and the family. Yes fall come quick and up north sooner than in the south. The dark will get to you. Many swedes have a low period in the dark season. What you can do is try to make the best of the seasons. Soon there will be snow and you can enjoy winter sports and the snow will make the darkness somewhat more baerable. Do like swedes and make the most of the dark with cozy moments with getting together over a nice fika, light candles, have lights in the windows and in your home and just sink in to that melancoly. After the winter spring will be a rush. You will see. Living with these extremes is an emotional roller coaster. Love your photos!
Tack så mycket! Happy to hear you like the videos 😊 Yes the dark will come, but for now I think there is still enough to do and even explore outside with less brightness. I think the winter is there to relax a bit more and slow down. We don’t always have to be in a hurry right? 🙈 So we’ll see what winter will bring us 😉
Your decription of the process of change is what we all experience when we change - and that is the reason that people do not change. The first phase is exciting and interesting -all new things to do and explore. Second phase is when you realise that you have to do the dishes here too, wash your clothes...everyday life sets in and you start to consider if you did the right thing. Third step is the elevation over your past and you start to thrive and enjoy life even more than before. If you never challenge that second step of inescurity - you will never develop as a human being. Or you will do it unconsciously and can take the victim role - why me? Why now? On no? Poor me?

When hopelessness creeps in I have come to the conclusion that it is extremely important to have a really good sleep and sleep properly, to eat nutritious and good food. Being fit and making sure to have a good physical activity every day is also important. Spending time with new and old friends is vital. It is also important to have your own time and avoid burdensome obligations and demands. Having a good income and a healthy economy guarantees a simpler and less complicated life Lots of things to do so who has time to be depressed? 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲😀😀😀😀

@@larsvarg8502 You are totally right! I am quite good in managing “darker” times. Feeling much better again so all good here! Thanks for your kind words 🙏🏼
@@daniellem1838 Thanks 😊
Of course, life is up and down and it can sometimes feel like life is unnecessarily difficult and complicated.
Having a good income and a healthy economy guarantees a simpler and less complicated life
Lots of things to do so who has time to be depressed? 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲😀😀😀😀
Haha indeed no time for depression 😉 Luckily I am keeping myself busy so I can’t be in the low for too long 😉 And all the things you mention here are so right! All very important things to get through live in a more positive way 😊
