Awesome bass and drum groove, intriguing horn hook that bites right through the bump and a cool vocal and piano that sounds stolen direct from some of my Dad's old 78's!!! Great tune!
@@FreshlySqueezed No apology needed. I think Dad would've appreciated how his favorite horn sounds are being revived and given new life. I know that's how I feel and I grew up listening to all his old stuff like Jimmy and Tommy Dorsey, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Andrews Sisters, Artie Shaw, Spike Jones and so many others. Swing was Dad's thing and I always loved him for that. Now the old is reborn into something new and beautiful. It truly does make me happy just hearing it. Thank you.

Primarily I suspect that this was authored by Pisk. Secondary suspects are Parov Stelar and Jamie Berry, though they are much less likely as it doesn't fit their style quite as well.

The bass on this version is horrible compared to The Swing Bot's 2012 version titled "Fort Worth Stomp (The Swing Bot Remix)".
He made them both and it’s his choice what he does with the bass. I haven’t heard the other version, but I often find the version one becomes familiar with first is the one you end up preferring.
