If they don’t pay rent in the stated day in the notice the landlord can start an eviction It will only take 2 to 3 weeks to get them out. at that point you literally screwed because the eviction will go in your record for seven years
My question is how do you extend eviction, because some people don’t have all the money in the final eviction date. What can a motion do? Is there anything they can delay the eviction if they need a little more time

Some landlords lie about rent payments. Dishonesty can be a factor.
