    In texas they have to serve you with a notice to vacate. This does not mean you have to leave. This is your moment to call your landlord to find out what you can do to avoid eviction. If you do not pay, then they have to go file for you to be served by a constable that will give you your court date. This all happens within 30days.

    Submit a counter-claim w/ Affidavit of Fact All Bills Are Pre-Paid Writ of Quo Warranto (question the magistrate oath of office) Who gave them jurisdiction over you? Attach an Allodial Fee Schedule and Proof of Life Claim . They're using codes inside your lease agreement. They, have to abide by the HUD Codes. They, cannot evict without a HUD hearing.

      I was just evicted without a HUD hearing. I wrote Secretary of HUD certified signature return and still….

      Where in the HUD code does it speak about needing a hearing? It says for Public Housing residents.... please let me know. Thanks.

      @@iramcgladrey5449 any update on this? I just went through title 42 of the US code and 24 of CFR to see where it says only HUD can evict and I've come up with nothing thus far.

    Some landlords lie about rent payments. Dishonesty can be a factor.

    Florida your post a 3 day notice to pay rent or leave the premises. If they don’t pay rent in the stated day in the notice the landlord can start an eviction It will only take 2 to 3 weeks to get them out. at that point you literally screwed because the eviction will go in your record for seven years

    My question is how do you extend eviction, because some people don’t have all the money in the final eviction date. What can a motion do? Is there anything they can delay the eviction if they need a little more time

      After you get the judgement, wait until the very last day before you have to move out, file an appeal and pauper's oath.
      Since you file for the appeal, you set the appeal court date. You usually have 45 days. Wait until the 45th date to schedule the appeal hearing.

      Bankruptcy is an option, then you can dismiss. Paths2frdm has probably all the information but it’s a lot to comb through

    I got locked out illegally i been paying my rent on time for 30 yrs i got stuck in another state got covid three times my mom sick with cancer she dying i tried get my paperwork thru elected officials landlord refused to send papers i am real sick dnt know what to do

    What if you’re the tenant and the landlord lost the property due to foreclosure and your lease isn’t up. Does the tenant have to leave if the bank places a Notice to Vacate within those 15 days?

    7 day turn around time to respond to notice to quit in new hampshire... Then 7 days to respond to sherrif service of eviction proceedings to file appearance...
