At 12:00, The Town of Melissa Texas Conducted a test of their outdoor warning sirens on July 15, 2020. The Siren went for about 20 seconds.

Yes another Whelen, that's Texas for you.
Right after this test, we went over to Murphy to try and get an automated test, but is was to no avail. I guess they only do first Wednesdays now.
