I'm in coaching for 42 years, (UEFA level 4) ok, times have changed but to whom is the coach actually talking to? This is all a huge bla bla of wishful thinking but not educating players the point of coaching. Too much talking and not practicing the real mc coy. In professional footy I would agree but we need to educate the lover level scene with understandable coaching what this Hannes Wolf bla bla is not doing at all. May be that is why German football is not the quality it was years ago. Too much theory.
