Why does this nonsense get 54 likes? Bridges don’t affect spawning at all as they aren’t mobs. They certainly don’t keep something spawned after a warp pipe.

Id say jumping at the beginning of that speed run level and having it heck you at the muncher part makes 100% sense, because not every player would know about jumping at the start of a level giving a minor speed boost.
