You still have to create an account with ECFMG and need to follow the same process, however, the verification process might be faster as you already did those through ECFMG. Hope it helps.

Hello, one question. So if this is needed to apply for a USMLE exam then I believe I have completed this 2 years ago since I have passed these 2 exams. I just couldnt recall the payment but I went through 186 Form Notary Cam process. I am asking because for pathways i need to ask for a ECFMG certification but I think I have paid for it then already rigth? Of course after pathways is done then i receive the certificate but I do not have to pay to start the ECFMG certification since I've done it before then right?

I don't think, there is a time line for that. However, I would encourage you to keep the USMLE ID for future communication.
