Question 1: Why are you applying for financial aid.
Answer: Today the jobs and even business also is data-driven everybody wants to analyze the data for taking decisions in their firm. So I think as a stepping stone this course will help me to get a better career and all the time excel software has importance to all firms. so it will increase the chances of getting a job. This "People Analytics'' will be helpful for my career growth. Nowadays data analysis is a very important thing in a firm.it doesn't matter whether the firms are big or Everybody wants to analyze the data for taking decisions in their firm. so I think this course will help me to get a better career. This course will be a great stepping stone to my career in the analysis field. That is why I choose this “ People Analytics” course by the University of Pennsylvania
Question 2: How will taking this course to achieve your career goals?
Answer: As a Human resource student this course will be helpful for my career growth. Nowadays the data analysis is a very important thing in a firm.it doesn't matter whether the firms are big or small everybody wants to analyze the data for taking decisions in their firm. so I think this course will help me to get a better career.and now in our country, we are facing complete lockdown some days ( there is a chance to exceed this Lockdown to one month) so that I think it is the right time to do these courses .and we people are facing huge financial issues also .many people does not have money to afford even their food.because they can't go for work because the lockdown .and I am also facing the financial issues. That is why I applied for financial aid for this course.
After Corona days also we can apply for this financial aid..

You have to write minimum 150 words... Submit after that..
