    Been watching several 1st marathon experience RUclips videos and so far yours had the most positive info - learning a lot about what NOT to do from others so far🤔

    My neighbor has ran in several marathon's over his lifetime he now just walks he shared something with me that made me think. He said don't over do yourself meaning running way too much for years because he now is paying the price took a big tole on his body
