And Xorn wasn't even Magneto. That was a retcon, I know, but still.
Technically, Magneto, or anyone in either DC or Marvel has never killed anyone. Because no one stays dead or was technically killed.
Superman? Batman? Jean Grey? Deaths are synonymous to special issue comics.

Scalphunter's fate is pretty stupid, even by comic logic. Magneto cauterized the stumps so they can't grow back? Cut the stumps off above the cauterization. Problem solved.
That and Greycrow is a technopath. He can just build himself new arms and lehs.

Magneto has gone by many names: Max Eisenhardt, Eric Lehnsherr and Magnus. He's not wrong.
