Sometimes I think for a born wolf, she's not that strong. But because all of her enemies are primarily Alpha, and not all of the wolves that are born are as strong as Derek or Peter. As she said in one episode, not all werewolves that are born are taught to fight, some of them are simply taught to hide and survive.
