2022 Honda Navi-Variator, Clutch and wedge weight upgrade

Hey everybody! In this episode we replace the Clutch, Variator and upgrade to 12g wedge weights. The clutch came preinstalled with blue springs as well for a 1000 RPM engagement...Trevor takes it for a rip down the street as well. He was very satisfied with spending about 315 in parts. I bought the tools and extras, which was about 70 bucks. We will see you on the next one...Easy.

DUUUUUUUDE! YOU'RE MY HERO! I have a background in automotive but got a new-to-me scooter and the clitch friction pads are nearly gone. It's an old Honda so the clutch compression tool isn't made and the only ones I find used are over $100. This is the kind of garage floor mechanics video I was looking for to replace the clutch pieces.

The helmet is a Shoei gt-air. I added the EL strips to it. I think I got those from Aliexpress. Temu might even have them as well. Thanks for the comment!

So the one you got I saw said malossi on rhe box. Was that just the spring or

@PHATJOECUSTOMS I believe it was an s24 variator that came with a spring. It’s been a while since I put it on but I did get it from scooter swap shop. I’m not sure they have the exact one I got anymore. I grabbed everything g but the dr pulley weights from them….

Thanks for the comment. I was debating muting the audio, but the video would have been worse. My neighbor did it on purpose (I have no idea why). He ran that stupid thing for a half hour. And I wasn't going to take apart what I did and reshoot. Sorry it was annoying.
