@@balajibalu9094 Sir in terms of physical safety of your property it is better if your property is minimum 50 Meters away. No DC Conversion means there is no approval from local planning authority, it is not ok to construct house in the lakebed.

Sir, nam site inda ondu 30 to 40 feet doorakke arkavati halla idey, naala tara, as it's a Revenue site, and doesn't has any notice on it yet, it comes under survey no.16, Dasanapura 2 hobli, siddanahosahalli village, madanayakanahalli grama, now it comes under CMC limits issuing cmc khatas, is their any problem, please clarify.
This buffer zone is applicable for properties within bbmp limits. However if your property is beyond 30-50 meters from Rajakaluve it would be good for everyone.
