    As per Karnataka HC judgement, for layouts formed prior to the finalisation of Revised Master Plan 2015, the requirement of setting apart buffer zones as contemplated in the Zonal Regulations of RMP-2015 is not applicable. So if anyone receives any notice, you may kindly refer to this judgement

    Hi, thank you for sharing the details and spreading awareness. What if someone purchase the plot which fall within the buffer zone. What are the options they will have, please explain.

      If there is any violation then you will at risk but if it's too old layouts need not worry much, if you have purchased recently in any new layouts and buffer zone is violated then govt may take action accordingly as and when required

      Please watch complete video sir, have given information on the width of primary, secondary & teritiary SWD as well. Primary - 25 ft, Secondary - 16 ft, Teritiary - 6-9 ft.

      legally 90m is fine sir, only if gets flooding during heavy rain it would problem

    Hi Sir I am willing to buy one site having boundry with SWD it is BDA Allotted site in the year of 1980 If I purchase now and apply for Sanction plan did BBMP give me permission to build the building as per current rule and also how much buffer Space I have to leave from Compound wall of SWD

    Very good information sir. I have a question. So the current buffer zone is 30 meters or 75 meters for panchayat in Bangalore outskirts?. Is it ok to construct house if there is no dc conversion for site which is 200 feet from lake boundary

      @@balajibalu9094 Sir in terms of physical safety of your property it is better if your property is minimum 50 Meters away. No DC Conversion means there is no approval from local planning authority, it is not ok to construct house in the lakebed.

      @@anithan9922 ok, if the property is within BBMP limits then buffer zone is applicable & as your site is just 7ft away it is within the buffer zone. However request you to check online & take opinion from concerned office as well.

      BDA is the planning authority whereas BBMP is a city corporation which takes care of providing/maintaining basic civic amenities in Bangalore city.

    Sir, can I have the plot boundary in buffer zone? There will not be any construction till buffer zone. Only site boundary will be there. Please help.

    Sir, nam site inda ondu 30 to 40 feet doorakke arkavati halla idey, naala tara, as it's a Revenue site, and doesn't has any notice on it yet, it comes under survey no.16, Dasanapura 2 hobli, siddanahosahalli village, madanayakanahalli grama, now it comes under CMC limits issuing cmc khatas, is their any problem, please clarify.

      This buffer zone is applicable for properties within bbmp limits. However if your property is beyond 30-50 meters from Rajakaluve it would be good for everyone.
