I genuinely love Luke’s laugh. He’s so adorable like a cute hungry school boy. Literally love his personality, he’s not your typical guy, I love his mannerisms and how he’s always grasping for straws to explain something out of nervousness and then Nicola cuts in to finish his thoughts. Their friendship isn’t like most people’s in the industry. I really appreciate the rawness of their relationship and I can see why we ship them but in their own world behind the scenes when we can’t see them they probably are such big nerds who love to laugh. Who have been there for each other since season 1! I’m happy they had each other during the intimate scenes because it’s like two friends hooking up to see if their chem is real (episode 5) in a way toward the end of it they both laugh as Lukola which is like their way of saying to each other without us hearing it, ut was a mental conversation “yeah we feel it. It’s real. But we can’t ruin the show if things don’t work out. Let’s focus on the job.” I can see it in their eyes and I do believe he’s become even more protective over her because he’s seen her naked but not in a weird sexual way like he wants to protect her because he’s seen something he wants for himself not sexually but that emotional connection that intensifies the tension/sexual vibes but can’t act on it, he knows he’s not ready for someone like her. Not right now. Plus as much as they feels it, Nicola is focused on her career plus she might be into someone else who makes her feel 100% happy in a way that Luke isn’t ready to give yet. Or perhaps they really are just friends who feel a sizzle but are in denial and use Polin to act on their feelings. Either way I’m happy they are friends who gave us so much this season apart from intimacy but even their hand holding is 🥵 I just love their rawness. I can’t wait for season 4 and how they plan to promote that 😂 I truly wish them success in all areas of their lives. 💕

I 100% AGREE! And that is a very high bar!! I LOVED Rege-Jean and Phoebe Dynevor. And Jonathan Bailey (FIYERO!) and Simone Ashley (maybe the most stunningly beautiful woman on the planet?) had an incredibly hot storyline, too. But with Pen and Colin not only was it very hot, but so sweetly romantic, too. I am just angry that they, and WE, did not get a more satisfying conclusion. I mean, COME ON. A loveless wedding night? And Colin was so cold after their wedding... for most of the second half of the season. They deserved some epic make-up sex. BOOO to whoever was responsible for this difference for the main couple of Season 3.

I know a lot of people want them together irl, but I actually just like their friendship. If they are actually dating, great but if not, I am not gonna be disappointed because they have a great friendship!
i mean i would be disappointed if they never end up together but not for me, for them. Technically i couldnt care less because in 6 months time i'll have something else to obsess over anyway. But for them, because - imagine having someone that you have such amazing chemistry with, who is just like you in so many ways and who just makes you so incredibly happy and feel so safe/warm and then NOT choosing to be with that person? I would be GUTTED for them. I mean sure they could also share life as friends, but its never truely the same. You wouldnt really live with a friend forexample. I dont know, i just wish them happiness and i think they would achieve that the most being together.

I was talking to my mom about how smart the PR team is for this show. All these interviews with Luke and Nic and them being so natural with each other just solidifies(sp) the fake relationship. It is smart to have them do interviews together instead of alone because we, the fans, want to picture them IRL together. Truly, their interviews are the reason I started watching the show in the first place.
YESS! I too only started watching it recently because of the advertisement and interviews. Several people have recommended I watch this show since the 1st season was released but I never took interest to it until they announced the 3rd season

Very smart but also they've known each other for a very long time. The other cast members only met doing the show. To me their chemistry is the best although the other stories were strong, there's just something special about them.

Sometimes the best relationships start out as great friends. They seem so comfortable with each other, laughing, eyeing each other, the little flirting etc. They truly have the best time together.
