Another great video Neil. You're really making it difficult on deciding whether to spend money on more flights or to treat myself to a stay there! I definitely need to stay at least once, gotta treat myself, eh?
Hi Ellen, yes, it’s definitely worth it. It gives you a whole separate (quieter) area of the hotel to yourself. The standard rooms are pretty much the same eg a deluxe room is the same as a red level deluxe room, but the main difference is the red level service, private areas, as well as separate areas for breakfast..when I was there in December both breakfast and evening canapés were in the garden - overall a much nicer experience.
@@MomentsInTheSky oh great thanks you! I would love that, in recent reviews on trip advisor people are saying a lot of bars/restaurants the hotel is closed, is that true?
You’re welcome. The restaurants were open in December it’s just that in winter some of them only open Fri-Sun, for example. They also get booked quickly so if you do decide to do red level, when you do your personalised check in, book your restaurants for the week at that point. The steak restaurant and the Asian restaurants I would recommend highly. The buffet restaurant is ok but pricey for what it is. The seafood restaurant (red level only) is nice enough but you have to really love the more obscure seafood dishes! It’s a great hotel - I was at Baobab Suites last week (video coming soon) and had a suite with own pool but I’d still rate Palacio de Isora my favourite hotel on the island. I’m slowly working my way around the five star resorts..still haven’t found anything better!
Looks fabulous 👍 thanks Neil nice video
Thanks James!
Super video Neil and I’m glad you’ve managed to keep uploading content.
Thanks Tim - it’s been a struggle with not being able to go anywhere - but I do what I can!

Oh totally Connor..at least once maybe more!
I always go red level there. Didn’t do it one time and regretted it. My favourite hotel.
Thanks Carl and yes, I’ve made that same mistake too and regretted it!
Hi we are booked for March this year, do you think the upgrade is worth it? please
