- Sonny comes home finding his door open. He pulls his gun and enters. Michael yells, "Don't shoot." Sonny holds back surprised its Michael. He confesses to sleeping with Brenda after Starr broke it off. Sonny closes the door and pulls his gun out. Michael asks him to say something. Sonny says he's locking the gun up and asks Michael what happened. He tells him and asks for forgiveness. He tells Michael not to worry and sends him home. Sonny slams the door commenting he's ready to forgive his son, but not Brenda.

This is why sometimes I don't like Carly but I tolerate her. I never hated her. She needs to stop butting into other people's lives. Michael can handle this on his own. He's not a child anymore. And Michael is right. Carly can't barge into his place anytime she wants.

Looking back, he didn't go off on Brenda when he found the wire. His was soul was too hurt to really flip.
